ECCR-2019 rocks @ Werchter

music1Of course...
"
ECCR-2019 rocks @ Werchter"
is not chosen without some reason!

Werchter, not even a city but a small village, is known for its annual rock festival.
It goes back to 1974 with the first edition. At least 7 editions of this festival received the Arthur Award for the best festival in the world at the International Live Music Conference (ILMC)!
Werchter and many surrounding townships turn into a huge camping place during these happenings, to host the 77.000 visitors who combine all four days of the event. So it’s obvious where we found more than 3 ha (18.000 m² camping place + separate 15.000 m² recreational area) to host the ECCR 2019.
From all over the world, but mainly Dutch, French, German, British and Scandinavian, visitors come to “Rock Werchter” which nowadays is a 4-day festival.
And so our ECCR will be.We will try to bring as much music as possible...
To serve you a one of kind 4 days ECCR experience we tend to bring you a nice mix of activities, at a cosy camping place along a fish pond, under the trees, away from the recreation area...
(for those who are too tired of the day before and want to take a nap).

Finances?

As discussed during the previous ECCR in Germany (2018), the presidents decided that as from this ECCR edtition 2019 onwards, an advance payment would be requested to all participants. Each year we await people that unfortunately never show up...

We will, after we get your registration, ask you to pay the advance amount of € 50,- on the bank account of your own LOCAL CLUB. This to avoid individual international bank transfers. Your final registration will only be confirmed after your LOCAL CLUB has received the advance payment

This year, the fee per team will depend on the total number of participating teams.
The more teams enroll, the lower the total cost per team will drop, and so will drop the total fee per team as well!

We set the maximum tariff for the ECCR at € 140 per unit of 2 participants (1 participant / unit = € 105 ; each supplementary adult = € 30; each supplementary minor = € 20).
With the accommodation fully booked, the final price per unit of 2 participants may ultimately drop to € 110 (1 participant / unit = € 80 ; each supplementary adult = € 25; each supplementary minor = € 15).
Depending of the final total number of participants, the actual price will be somewhere in between the above figures.

For children, the age is set between 5 - 15 years. Under 5 years old is free of charge.
Before and after the event (electricity is available from 28/05 till 03/06 in the morning) you can stay at € 15 per night.

After the closing of the registrations, the reduced amount will be announced. The balance due (after deducting the advance payment) is payable upon arrival.
We think this a fair approach, to assure you we want to keep the cost for all teams as low as possible...
